Frequently Asked Questions

How does your landscaping process work?

The first step is to get in touch with one of our appointment specialists who can help get you set up and propose the right steps to take. You can do this by either filling out an estimate request form at the bottom of this page, or by calling us at: 541-200-9413. The next step will be a site analysis. A specialist would come to your help and measure your property. The cost for this ranges anywhere from $120 typically. Exceptions may apply, but the Call Center Specialist will review with you and provide a sense of what the project may actually cost, as well as the design fee that would apply to complete a full plan.

Do you really do all landscaping services?

Yes! We offer just about any outdoor landscape and hardscape service you can think of, including stylized landscaping, patios, driveways, ponds, outdoor fireplaces, retaining walls, sod installation, irrigation, outdoor lighting, artificial turf and more!

Do I have to get my own permits?

You can always get your own permits but we typically pull all permits needed for your job. No need to take time off work to wait in any long lines or deal with confusing guidelines.

Do you offer any warranty on landscaping services?

Our warranty varies based on the type of work but is consistent with industry standards.

Do I need my own landscape design?

Depending on the size and scope of the job, a landscape design will most likely be needed. Our designers can create one which is then yours to use, should you wish to get other bids for your job.

How much does a landscape design cost?

A custom design varies anywhere from $300 to $1850. We leave the amount up to the designer depending on how much work is involved.

What areas do you service?

We service Medford and the surrounding areas: Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle point, Central Point and the entire Rogue Valley

Do you have a minimum for projects?

Yes, our minimum for projects is usually $7,500. There are times/circumstances where the minimum is waived for past customers.

How long is the landscape design process?

The landscape design process varies depending on the size of project, revisions and discussions needed along the way. We pride ourselves on making the design process as painless as possible.

We will work tirelessly until you’re 100% satisfied before starting. Generally it takes 2 to 5 weeks for completing the average design.

How long is the construction process?

This can vary as well, depending on the size of the job, permits needed and many other factors. Very small jobs can be wrapped up in a week. Large projects can sometimes take 3-6 months. Your designer and job supervisor can give you a more exact timeline once your design is complete.

Do you offer landscaping maintenance after my job is done?

NO, we do not offer landscape maintenance, but we can gladly refer you over to a  great company

Will you check on my plants after they are installed?

We usually include a 4-week monitoring period, where a landscape tech will check timer settings and make sure plants are doing well. All our plants are covered by a limited warranty which covers replacements and service.

"Call back to begin job was immediate. Ahisar was so helpful, and did all I requested to be done. The work was done quickly, and the cost was more than fair. He and his employee worked fast and were very thorough. I highly recommend using Element Landscape Maintenance for all your landscaping needs."

"From the first phone call to the last meeting Ahisar was very polite and professional. We called his company to fix my grandpa’s irrigation system. He came and gave us an estimate and the work was done the next day. His rates were fair and reasonable. They were on time and had excellent communication. Ahisar aven met me a day later at my grandpas house to show me how to work everything. He certainly has a long term customer and I highly recommend his business to anyone."

— Sandra Holland

"Ahiser gave us a bid. He stuck to his bid because nothing came up and the job went smoothly. Within a week we had a go and he and Ramone were here and completed the job in two days. It was amazing to see how fast they worked. I would recommend his company to anyone. From my first phone call to completion was 2 weeks, we were amazed and so pleased. We can't wait to use our system. Thanks again."
